They way the cookie crumbles

So , it wasn’t a surprise that we had landed in OR Tambo this evening from Cape Town ,after all I have bought the ticket for this flight over 2 weeks ago so surely it was a long enough time for them to get ready. Or maybe not .”Apparently” there was a gate change before we landed so now we have to wait at the aircraft for more than 30 minutes in order for Menzies to get their act together and bring stairs and there after to realize that they might need busses as well … with no sense of any urgency whatsoever. (Their shift will end at the exactly the time it should and if not it will run to over time ) If I was the owner of Lift airline I would have told them long ago that I am not happy to pay for this type of service as it really reflects badly on his airline. On the other hand there was no representative of lift visible on the scene- so maybe that’s just the way the cookies crumble … and we as consumers have to tolerate it … miss connecting flights pay additional for longer parking or get home an hour later than we should have .. however you look at that …it certainly shouldn’t be this way.
