Terrible airline

We have not used Lift airlines before but saw the marketing so decided to give them a try and in hindsight regretfully arranged a flight for family visiting from abroad with a return from JHB to Cape Town. What a mistake. The forward journey was mildly delayed but saw her check in luggage damaged on the flight there. The return on 31 Dec 2025 was delayed by over two hours. Never experienced such service in all my travel with FlySafair in our many travels. No broken luggage, no delays. Will never use or recommend them again.
