Support is pathetic
Thee fact that you can only email support is annoying. My daughter had an accident and found unfit to fly. We immediately contact support. Three days later we are still waiting for a response. Pathetic!!! I need to book her a flight and the only way to do that is to book a complete new ticket at twice the price to get her home asap. If I CAN GET SOMEBODY TO HELP FROM LIFT IT WOULD BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED

05 Apr 2022, 11:52After numerous mails to lift support. I had no choice to book a new ticket at top dollar.
They eventually got back to me, cancelled my ticket and refund to lift wallet.
When my daughter got to the airport on Sunday her initial flight back to CPT was also cancelled.
Luckily she could buy a new ticket with the lift credit.
The initial return flights was R3985 in the end with the new tickets I had to book was R5405
I ended up paying R1420 extra due to the fact that we dint get assistance and guidance from support
Not a happy customer
