Shocking Service and Support

Absolutely shocking experience. The flight was delayed by 2 hours. I emailed the support to discuss the delay and received a pathetic response, after I followed up there was no communication. I have sent countless emails in 4 days and absolutely nothing from them. Shocking shocking service and support, wish I could give them a 0. They seem to be a company that just doesn't care about their customers.
