Ridiculous customer service!

I am highly disappointed in the service with regards to refunding a ticket I booked mistakenly to the wrong location. I realised my mistake the very same day and canceled the ticket and requested a refund. I booked the ticket in November and been trying to get assistance with my refund since then. All I get is automated responses stating its been credited into a wallet to re use. I cannot re use because I needed it to book a flight to KZN! I need my funds back. It is now a month later and still no help. There is no contact number or email for them. I am unemployed I had to borrow money to re book the other flight to KZN and now I need that money back from Lift Airlines and they refuse to see reason. It was a simple mistake.
