Rescheduled flight, late boarding and bag lock changed

First the CPT JNB was rescheduled from 4pm to 6pm not taking into consideration the transport arrangements done Then boarding is delayed without any apology Then as I collect my bag my lock is changed without my knowledge or approval or anything from the airline, just put in another without a key

I tried to report no one is available All numbers say its after hours

I need am explanation and if I get home and find something. Missing, someone will need to pay Never experienced such terrible airline service plus *****ulent activities
