Refund my cash back in my Bank Account

I requested a refund back into my account the same method I used to pay for my flight they said they can not do it. They want to refund my Money into a Lift wallet and I have to use it on a flight with lift Airlines. That is very pathetic as it is my money not the money of Lift.
