Refreshingly high above the rest

In a world where airlines come and go, and even while they are here, their service is "give as little as possible for as much as possible" - LIFT flies refreshingly high above the rest. I don't usually write reviews, and typically people only take the time when they want to rant and complain about a bad experience. But, being someone who runs an AirBnB, I know how important it is that those who enjoy the experience take some time to rate and review. I have given Lift Five Stars. Why? Firstly, Lift's policy of allowing you to easily change your flights - no hassle, no questions - is truly unique. We live in a world where life happens and things change, so making changes at no cost is uniquely refreshing. Secondly, sitting onboard, I was surprised when they told us to put away our credit cards as the snack/drink trolley came around - saying, "this one is on us". This, too, is so refreshing in a world where budget airline means "be thankful we have provided you with a seat" - I'm sure it won't be long before standing tickets are the norm on budget airlines :-) And finally, despite warnings to check that we hadn't left anything - yes, life happens, my wife left her handbag with Airpods in it. I thought that would be the last we saw of them. Soon afterwards, Lift called us to say they had the bag. I was impressed but was convinced the handbag would be podless. But, when we picked up the handbag, everything, including the Airpods were still in them. Now that is refreshing at a whole new level. Well done Lift...keep flying higher than the rest.
