Really poor service

Really poor service. Flew to jhb Tuesday evening, flight delayed 15 mins. Then low and behold leaving jhb yesterday afternoon. Scheduled to leave at 4 pm then we leave the runway at 5h55. All cos the wonderful marshal couldn't line up the aircraft and stairs. Then delays upon delays and let me not get started about the very old crew on both flights and inexperienced pilots. Yaaas it's scary the caliber of pilots you employ. Pathetic for a new airline that wants to stay in business. Never fly lift airlines again. Never
