The WhatsApp support line is really responsive and friendly, to confirm bookings and update phone numbers.

I booked a ticket for my elderly mother and requested special assistance for her as she was traveling alone using the MEET AND ASSIST traveler service, my mum was super impressed they helped her from the time she checked in all the way into the plane and on landing they again helped her all the way to the pick-up location. She was so happy at how friendly the staff was
