Poor Services

A flight from Durban to Johannesburg. Due to leave at 14:30.... Delayed to 15:30.... Delayed to 16:30.... Then replaced with a flight at 18:30 (and a non-committal and uncaring phone call saying your flight is changed as the plane they've sent is too small to accommodate 12 passengers who will receive flight vouchers as compensation). With such services one could simply drive up and still be there before the Lift flight - luckily this flight was not for any urgent matters. I would not recommend this company.
