Poor Service & Late Planes

I used to always use LIFT. Unfortunately after the last two flights I booked (Business Class) I will never be recommending them to anyone else!

While my flight was delayed for over an hour they made us (Including Business Class) wait around with no explanation or sense of urgency. The staff were so rude when I asked about the delay and when boarded no explanation or apology for the delay was made.

I requested some sort of compensation via their WhatsApp support channel and all I got told was I am wrong and they are right and the plane was "only delayed for 45min". Apparently I don't know how to tell the time. I will never fly with this airline again and will make a point of telling everyone I know what a terrible experience I had with Lift every chance I get.

Will be much worth my while to pay more to fly with an airline that cares about loyal customers.
