poor service

worst experience... if travelling for business I wouldn't recommend this. booked a 6am flight waited at the boarding gate told us the flight is cancelled. booked us on flysafair useless seats go to Durban 2 and a half hours later missed all our meetings. no sorry no care for the poor service
