Poor refund policy and customer service

Not happy that I cannot be refunded back into my bank account and instead refund being put into the Lift wallet and I am then forced to use Lift services to access my money. There has to be something in the consumer protection act about this. Also the person that assisted me on WhatsApp i.e. Kristy was very unhelpful and gave some questionable responses.
