Poor customer service and misleading customers

Misleading me the entire week about Black Friday flight specials. When I specifically communicated I was looking for flights in December and would the sale include December flight travel.

The entire week being mislead to “hang on” and keep watching social media pages for deals - even though ticket prices jumped a ridiculous and greedy R1500 in 5 days!!! (Truly greedy!)

Only to wait and discover Black Friday specials were from mid-Jan 2023!!!

My eldest who has a birthday in December and was hoping to spend it friends and her grandparents- now is totally disappointed.

If only LIFT could be honest, upfront and fair with their customers. Instead of wasting their time and getting their hopes us for nothing.
