Poor airline service and “on time” lies

16 June 2022 - 8am flight

My initial flight was at 06h50, arrived a few minutes late, 06h10, lift didn’t want to take my bags. Acknowledge an error on my part.

Had to pay and extra R2000 for the 8am flight.

Due to lift having problems and real communication, we had to wait for 1h30mins before proceeding to runway.

No compensation for the delays and we have to forked out more monies because of the issues with lift.
