Not that I am a frequent flyer anymore in these times but I have to assist family's and friends with a lift to the airport. I am really impressed with the service of Lift. Two weeks ago my mother in law had to visit her sister with a flight from CT to JBG. Fantastic support for her as she is not in her spring years anymore and needs a rollator to move. The ground staff organized everything before I could move. Today I had to bring a friends wife to flight to JBG. She had an infant with her which was not booked in on the online booking system and Darius of the ground team fixed everything and helped her on her first flight in her life to board. My deepest respect for your commitment to service. I have not seen anything like that for a while. Thank you.
