Pathetic service after website issues!!!

You do not even deserve 1 star!

LIFT Airline your service and communication is pathetic. I have provided sufficient proof that your website was problematic and all that I am told is your IT department advised that there were no issues with the site...

So here I sit with screenshots that have no explanation. No call from anyone like I requested on my 2 latest emails. Basically told oops sorry we don't know what this issue is... Move on...
