Pathetic, poor and unacceptable service!

On a recent flight in the Holidays, my daughter of 10 years old(unaccompanied minor) was put on flight GE214, Durban to OR Thambo. After landing in JHB I received a distressed call from her mother that she had no one escorting her off the plane and she was left to find her own way in a massive airport.

This is absolutely unacceptable as first off we pay for the unaccompanied minor service and with all the crime in this country to leave a child on a massive airport by herself is a huge risk! I am very concerned about the substandard service of Lift and I would strongly advise against anyone using this airline, because if they treat your 10year old child like she just a piece of baggage, it's an enormous risk.

Pathetic, poor service and unacceptable behavior, over priced and I will never use Lift again. You guys are in breach of your policies and I expect to receive a response, if I don't I will take this further!
