Pathetic, broken not fit for purpose aircraft

If Lift think they can ***** 4500 rand for a one way flight and then present a broken plane, with tray tables that don't work, aircon that doesn't work as auxi****y motor is broken and non existent leg room, which should not be allowed to be that tight. The concern is how badly is the rest of the plain maintained if what you can see is broken. I will be pushing for refund and make sure other social media platforms are aware of this, Avoid at all costs
