Paid for services not received. Impossible to get help

Paid for seat in front row because of required legroom. When checking in front row was not an option. They don't reply on mails. Don't answer phones. Can't help me at Jhb airport check in. Flight GE123 6Aug 2021. Impossible for me to sit in their normal seats as legroom is non existing.
