Outstanding customer support!

I would just like to give a huge thank you to LIFT airline and a lady by the name of Sunel for helping investigate the issues with my missed flight case. Despite my flight being missed the lift team went above and beyond to investigate all aspects of the case as well as confirm the exact process of how things work with passengers that are delayed for their flights.

They then went above and beyond and offered a reimbur*****t on re-booked tickets which was massive gesture of good will.

I am thankful and grateful to the entire lift team for the great after sale service and their concern and understanding to our predicament at the time.
