What amazing service from David Harland, not only did he go above and beyond to make sure my booking was correct, but also upgraded me to amazing seats on both flights. LIFT Airline you guys have a star on your team. A super helpful gentlemen. I little context to my problem …. My booking was incorrect on email. Flight information with the dates was incorrect and I was in a panic because I am flying next week and the booking was stating three weeks later. Not only did David fix this with the level of professionalism but also assured me that he got this with no extra fees. now that is Service with a smile. (In a world that is constantly changing you have found a way to give out of this world service.)
