NPO loses money over flight delays!

I have an important member of my NPO needing to board flight GE151 Which has been delayed, we have a manifesto and meetings with possible donors and we can't move forward because our public officer is not here and won't be till an hour or 2 in the meetings, I'm truly disgusted!
