Not serious about business class

Wanted to catch an earlier flight home at 13 H00 but no business class available ,so wait till normal flight at 16H00 only to find that your business class seat is a normal size seat with no one in between .Really messed up could be home 3 hours earlier .Do offer something you are not prepared for.The plane does not even have insignia on it . Very badly handled
