NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGE TO BAGS

Bought a brand new bag, the following day I boarded from Capetown to OR Tambo. The bag was badly broken, when I went to claim for the damages I was told they don’t cover hard shell bags and I should have read the terms and conditions before buying a ticket. To think that 80% of the bags in the airport are hard shells, this is just their way to avoid liability. I WILL NEVER FLY LIFT AIRLINES AGAIN, they can keep their coffee.
