Not allowed to board

@LiftAirlineSA I am always using your airline as I have the best service n comfort but Today I was not happy I booked Flight GE131 for seat number 20F/E and D we got there 10 minutes before boarding gates were closed.. ok the lady claim to have called me i didn’t see her missed call.. ok cool next a white lady got off the flight cz she forgot her bag she left and came back after 15 mins n they opened for her to go through and the whole time i was standing there and in that 15 mins of standing there they wud have let us in as i was traveling with an elderly but no thy didn’t allow us in all they told me blah blah .. if thy could do an exception for the white lady they wud have done 1 for us even if thy say i was late but with just 5 mins and the flight was still there it wasnt even 10 yet so upset with what happened this was all **************
