Not able to change booking as promised

Cant believe a company wont even have a call centre to help you in a emergency. You can only send a message where they will answer you in 24 hours. Not so easy to use as they advertise. Try to change a booking. Worst website ever. I need to change my sons booking and i cant even access or change any for the booking details. This was the first time and the last time. Thank you
