Upon arrival at the check in/bag drop, awaits only 2 staff with 60 people in the queue. After 25 minutes we have been checked in but, we need to manually drop our bag “somewhere else”. Walk to the other side of the airport to be shocked with no help.

Once inside, another queue awaits. 30 more minutes and we are almost on the flight. 5 minutes before departure? Shocking lack of urgency from Lift CPT international.
