No empathy for pregnant women

I so disappointed with the services I got at Cape Town airport by lift consultants who refused to left me check in 5 min late their check in time, I’ve flies with other airlines and I was at the airport 40min before the flight had to leave the lady was rude she didn’t care that I’m pregnant it was her way or the highway. I’m definitely going to be taking this further with my lawyers cause I know for a fact you can’t treat another human like that especially taking into consideration that I’m pregnant.
