No communication! No contact number!

Before you book a ticket you should know that there is NO WAY of contacting this airline! Not even through the airport!

We booked a ticket for my Mother from Johannesburg to Durban 6:00. It is now 9:00 And they still haven't left Johannesburg! They all boarded the plane and then had to disembark again because the plane needed petrol. Apparently Lift were number 10 in the queue for petrol.

You cannot contact this airline. They do not reply to the WhatsApp or emails timeously, while you are in the middle of the situation. Who will pay for her expenses like the taxi and shuttle services that have been waiting for her at king shaka since 7 AM?! She is a pensioner that have left her home at 4 AM already and was a supposed to be in Margate by now! NEVER AGAIN!!!
