Never Ever Use Lift Airlines

a few months ago i was so excited to see a new airline join the DBN - JHB ROUTE , Lift offered affordable prices and i booked my flight , the horror started when we got to the airport was on the queue to check in at 11:10 am , got to the consultant at 11:16 and she told us checkin was closed and there was nothing she could do for us because she was knocking off . The level of pathetic service we got was shocking , we were never given even an option to go to the boarding gate without our bags which we could have done . whats worse is we lost a whole MSC cruise worth R15000 plus the lift flights to durban and Lift is saying because of your bags there was nothing we could do . my take is the suitcase could have stayed , we communicated that with the consultant who just said she is knocking off there is nothing she can do ? for how long are we going to allow this airline to rip us off ?
