Loving Lift!

I tried Lift out for the first time last year, not too long after they launched and my first flight wasn't as smooth and organized as I was used to with Safair but it was still miles better than Mango or Kulula. So I decided to give them another try after a couple months and I was super impressed with how much they have improved. Since then I have flown with them about 10 times and every experience has been great. I have flown their Premium class 4 times and the service is really next level but even their economy tickets are great. The flexibility to change your flight for free for up to 24 hours before the flight is the biggest game changer for me but having free snacks and drinks included is a real bonus. I have also only had EXCELLENT customer service from them. This is now the only airline I fly with!
