Liftair broken suicase

My wife and I went to Umhlanga from Johannesburg on 9 April 2023. At the collection carousel in Durban i could get my wifes suitcase but my suitcase was not there. The official airport walked up to me to told1 me that it is my suit case wrapped in thick plastic with aviation sticker on it. I started taking the plastic wrapping off the suitcase to find that the zip of myp suitcase had been torn open and zip the mechanisms was no where to be found. The official then told me the suicse was broken in johannesburg airport. I started to commumicate via watsapp with your staff. They askwd for pictures which I sent. They said they would take it up with ther suprvisor and give me feedback. I got a call indicating that i can borough a case from lift in Johannesburg and the would see if my case could be fixed . I asked if they would haveu suitcase delivered at my house. Tjey indicated no. I told your staff I live on the northern side of Pretoria, and that it is definately not fair of your staff to expect of me to drive to the airport and back to Pretoria. A gent from your office phoned me with an offer of R200 to close the case.

I am very disappointed with the service I received.
