Lift Wallet or Lift THEFT??

I had an unused ticket banked in my Lift Wallet that Lift makes a big deal of. I wanted to use it now after just one year had lapsed and they informed me that my money is no longer in the wallet. So after 12 months they simply took my monies. I call that THEFT!! They referred me to the T&Cs. So be VERY CAREFUL! NEVER AGAIN thank you Lift. And I will advertise to family & friend how you operate. It is disgusting! You deserve to lose customers & go bankrupt. Shame on you.
