Lift - the best local airline

My new favourite airline! It's an all round #WIN for passengers. There is so much to like about this new kid on the block. The website is super easy to use, the fares are terrific value and highly competitive with many perks like no charge for changing a flight. I had an issue with a very late cancellation and reached out to them. I got a call back and everything was handled professionally and with genuine warmth. At the airport gate to the aircraft there was no queue as they didn't want people violating Covid protocols so as people got there they were allowed to board. They were very vigilant onboard and we disembarked row by row. They were firm yet always friendly about protocols. I cannot recommend Lift enough. They have got everything right.
