Lift takes NO responsibility for damages

Having smashed the entire wheel off my suitcase this was the response from Lift Airlines...."Use of such hard shell bags shall be at the risk of the passenger‚ and LIFT does not accept any liability for any damage resulting from the use of such bags" How many of Lift Airline passengers travel with their luggage in black ******* bags? WILL NOT BE FLYING LIFT AGAIN!!
