Lift should lift their standards

It is sad and disappointing that Lift did not take the time to contact me, or respond to my complaint. They really should not be in business and it is such a pity that there is a shortage of airlines in S A. I miss the likes of Mango, Kulula and 1Time, because then Lift would not have survived based on the poor manner they operate. Even the manager, Sunel Oelofse did not respond to my mail, or complaint even though I mentioned her name in my review. I do not trust or have any regard for Lift and hope they don't survive
