Lift not helpful at all

I am so disappointed that even 1 star is too much. I arrived at cpt international Airport with all my baggage wrapped and ready.40 minutes before my flight and when proceeding to the lift section a lady and gentlemen said sorry u are too late will have to rebook a flight. My flight was originally for 7am so I rebooked at the lift customer care and again had to pay an extra R5200 for a 4pm flight. There was a family in front of me of which the lift attendant helped to get on the flight but no help to us. A ridiculous airline and I will never use them again. Our arrival on SAA was a hundred times better
