Lift needs to lift it’s punctualPity and transparency

There’s a first and last time with many things. The first time with Lift IS the last. Flight scheduled to leave at 6.am. 5.30 am boarding. Leave home at 4.30 only to be told at the boarding gate, that it is delayed half an hour. That then turns into “we don’t know because the aircraft is in the hangar waiting to cross the runway”.( Really? I think the plane is broken. ) Eventually at 6.20 we are told that we will only take off at 7.30. So you have wasted 2 hours of my time AND I am late for my 9a.m which was the point of getting a 6.am flight. And this was your first flight of the day. Sorry. Not again.
