Lift is not a full service airlines It’s a budget airline which should ditch its Prem offering

Just booked and paid for 2 Premium seats, then realised straight after that one of the legs was wrong. I hit the cancel button (2 mins after booking confirmation ) and contacted Lift straight away. I was advised I would not get a refund as it’s against their policy to refund errors made. All full service airlines allow you to change or cancel a booking within 24 hours, then their normal policy kicks in. Lift despite offering a Premium offering acts like a budget airline and take advantage of customers rather than building relationships with them to earn loyalty. While the error was mine, there needs to be correct processes in place to allow for refunds. Total cost for 2ticks was ZAR 15,500. An expensive mistake for me, but a very shortsighted approach by Lift. I will be sticking to Airlink for business travel going forward. Think before you fly using their Prem Service.
