Lift Delay

I was flying with Lift from Johannesburg to Cape Town on Saturday 1st June 2024. The flight was GE143 and was delayed for 1 hour without a proper apology. The announcement was a lie and stated that they were waiting for traffic control while the door was still open. The issue was that the toilets had no water. The plane was not a Lift plane and the seats were the same as Safair. Why should I pay more for lift? I could always justify it by seating. The explanation of maintenance on the Lift planes makes no sense. Rather say it is cheaper to fly more seats on one plane. Previously when we had such extensive delays, we were given something in our wallets. This time nothing. Not even a proper apology. Shame on Lift! I will think twice before flying Lift again!
