Lift Airways Damaged baggage

Recently my daughter went on a school sports tour from Cape Town to Johannesburg. The school booked the return flights on Lift Airways. On the return flight my daughter's wheeled suitcase was severely damaged in various different places, even missing parts of the plastic frame leaving mounting *****s exposed. Lift has a minimum claims policy for damaged baggage. I can understand that they can't pay for every second scratch or broken zipper. But this suitcase looks like the plane drove over it and still they refuse to even answer calls or return a call upon request via email. I am utterly disappointed and would not recommend their service to anyone.
