Lift Airlines - WORST Customer Service In the World! USE ANYONE ELSE!
Absolutely disgusting customer service. I had a cruel flight that I need to catch with my pet and I contacted them 72 hours before. Their customer support is absolutely useless. I told them it was urgent and I needed to book the flight. It took them over 38 hours to get back to me despite reaching out several times. Then when they got back to me, there was no apology and they just said it was fully booked, sorry.
Now I am stuck and there is nothing I can do. Thanks for absolutely nothing

16 Aug 2021, 10:24Hi, It's Daniel the person who has the original review. Since I gave a review and reached out on social media, the LIFT team was fantastic. They managed to squeeze me and the entire trip was pleasant. There is obviously something wrong with their customer support team or they need training but the manager (Sunel Oelofse) was absolutely brilliant and changed the entire experience for me.
