Lift airlines, worst customer service

Worst customer service at the customer support desk at Or Tambo. Booked tickets online, made an error with a name ( same surname) only the first name. Tried to change it before I got to the airport but I was told to just change it at the counter at the airports so I proceeded to the airport. Lift couldn't help, very bad service and bad attitude from Hula at the customer support desk. Missed the flight because lift wanted to charge me for another ticket, totally unacceptable. Worst service from "customer support" Will never book with lift again!
