To Laurell and Savana at King Shaka Lift check in counter.....thank you for going out your way for both of us....your care and concern was so wonderful. I really hope management know your worth; and just how welll you shine for and behalf of the airline. I can't tell you just how impressed we were with you. We both needed special assistance and you made the trip to Cape Town from Durban so pleasant and easy. Thank you. To the staff on the customer care whats app...wow you are all so unbelievably trained and pleasant and on the ball. Not once, with all our questions and changes did you get upset. Your politeness and knowledge and service is something else....thank you. To the staff who pushed the wheel - chairs; the cabin attendants; you are stars too. Our flight was so enjoyable from start to finish. To the Lift staff in Cape Town too...we thank you. Both of us are definitely Lift flyers for good.
