LIFT AIRLINES LOOKING TO BAG MONEY FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS THROUGH UNFAIR PRACTICES

I have always liked LIFT airline. Today that all changed when they insisted my on board luggage was too large. On the 1st leg of my trip another airline had no problem in accepting my bag. As have all the others. But today LIFT insisted I must pay R250 extra for my bag. I took photos of all the other bags which were allowed and sent it to their complaints division. Clearly this is an airline that can't admit when they are wrong. Attached please find cropped photo of brown bag which is mine. The rest are other travellers bags. ( sorry I see photos not allowed. What a pity. Photographic evidence is damning)
