Lift Airlines is a DISASTER! Stay Away!

Pathetic customer service and endless flight delays make this a disaster airline. Hello Peter should consider negative stars as one star for Lift Airlines is overly complimentary.

An 8am flight was delayed multiple times leaving elderly passengers stranded at the airport for hours to fend for themselves, with a pathetic breakfast voucher to compensate. Multiple delays of this nature should result in a full refund. Lift Airline displays nothing uplifting about its customer experience, and is an airline that I will never recommend or use again. They filled a gap in the market because of self-enriching owners who are in it to make a quick buck and get out. It’s not an airline for the long haul, and certainly don’t be around in a couple of months. No reasons for the delay, except for a poorly worded text message. Customer support is non responsive and possibly non-existent.

Lift Airline is a sad introduction to the airline industry and is doing a disservice to SA.
