Lift airlines, *****ing our money

About 3 years ago just before COVID we planned a cruise from Cape town to Namibia. We had already paid the flight tickets and everything else waste then cancelled when COVID strike. Lift decided that they will not refund your money they will transfer it to a wallet and that they will not refund your money but keep it in their wallet. I haves asked and begged them to refund my money this is now Years later and they are still refusing a refund from my wallet. They only have 2 routes that they cover: JHB to Cape town, and JHB to Durban. I will not be making use of their service any time soon and after this experience never again. To me this is *****ing my money and dragging it on for al these years. I am fed up , angry and don't know anymore. Further more this was booked through my FNB account and they are not helpful at all
