Lift airline unavailability

I have been trying for 2 days to change a booking, as per their advertising, to no avail. Have been unable to do this online and 6 emails from 3 different people have gone unanswered. Phoning the airport has also not helped...Lift do not have any telephone numbers anywhere, so if they don't answer your email there is absolutely no way to contact them. Tried whatsapp, no luck there either. Just list prospective clients and would NIT recommend Lift to anyone. Shocking service, or rather complete non service!!!
